Benefits of the arbitration proceedings, apart from lower costs and shorter time, include professionalism of arbiters, enforcement of judgments as in the case of common courts and confidential nature of proceedings. Establishment of the Arbitration Tribunal was possible thanks to co-financing of this project by the EU European Regional Development Fund.
